Meet our Founders
We’ve always been a close family. The four of us grew up together on the South Coast and in Sydney, inspired by the strong work ethic of our parents and their keen interest in residential property development.
That sparked distinguished property developer careers in Sydney:
Robert studied engineering and founded CD Construction Group in the early 2000s, building it up to a $50 million business.
Larissa went into retail and franchising property development, overseeing hundreds of large building projects for a multinational food brand.
Phillip studied carpentry and building, and tackled almost every project imaginable during three decades within the business he launched at age 22.
Peter built a 25-year construction career with roles at Scentre Group (Westfield) and Probuild, working across residential, commercial, heritage and health projects.
In 2022, we decided to combine this extraordinary depth of experience across every facet of property development — and launched Orth Property Group.

Us four Orth children were born – first Larissa, then twins Phillip and Robert, and lastly Peter.

Our parents completed multiple property developments, including 16 semi-detached houses in Sydney and a motel and serviced apartments in the Hunter Valley. Inspiring stuff to us kids!
